Nottingham and Leicester sit at the heart of England and both have numerous attractions and historic sights that would appeal to visitors from around the world. Nottingham enjoys a deep connection with the legend of Robin Hood and was also the starting point of the English Civil War. Accordingly, no trip to the city is complete without posing in front of the famous Robin Hood statue and visiting Nottingham Castle, a site that played a key role in the war.
