Dolphin’s Pearl is one of the oldest and most popular Novoline slots game. It can be found in land-based casino all across Europe. Due to the games huge success, an online version called “Deluxe” has been recently launched by Novomatic. The only substantive difference between the two versions is the number of paylines. Other than that, the original Dolphin’s Pearl and the Deluxe version are exactly the same in terms of play-game and rules.

Dolphin’s Pearl Game Description
Dolphin’s Pearl is a 5 reel slot game. The original version of the game had 9 paylines, while the Deluxe, online version, now offers 10 paylines. The theme takes the player on a journey deep into the ocean. The symbols include familiar see creatures, such as the dolphin, the main character in this game, a pearl-oyster, seahorse, fish, lobster, stingray, and the usual slot symbols of A, K, J, Q, 9 and 10. The Deluxe version of the game is presented in high resolution, 3D graphics, which creates a very appealing visual effect.

Another fun graphic feature is the way the adorable see creatures come to life, and perform a little “dance” whenever a winning combination is hit.
The aim of the Dolphin’s Pearl game is to complete a combination of between two to five identical symbols appearing across the reals. With most symbols, you need at least three to create a winning combination, while with others, like the lobster or pearl-oyster symbols, only two identical symbols are enough to trigger a win. Keep in mind, thought, that the dolphin is a Wild symbol (same as the Joker in card games), and can substitute for all other symbols to create a winning combination.
As a rule, the symbols must appear from left to right, on adjacent reals. However, there is one exception to this rule – the Scatter symbol. The Scatter symbol does not have to appear on adjacent reels to trigger a win, and can appear anywhere on the screen. In addition, three 3 or more of these symbols scattered anywhere on the reels win the player a special bonus, usually bonus rounds (or “free spins”). In the Novoline Dolphin’s Pearl game, the “pearl oyster” symbol function as the Scatter symbol.
Importantly, the only symbol which the Wild symbol cannot substitute for is the Scatter.

The display on the bottom of the screen will also show the total bet per spin, calculated as the bet per line x the number of lines activated (for example, if the bet per line is €0.05, and 5 paylines are activated, the total bet for the spin will be €0.25).

Dolphin’s Pearl – Bonus Features
Bonus Rounds – if you liked the Novoline Book of Ra game for its bonus rounds feature, you are bound to like Dolphin’s Pearl even more. In this game, three pearl-oyster scatter symbols, anywhere on the screen, will win the player 15 bonus rounds (in comparison to only 10, in the Book of Ra game). The bonus rounds feature can be re-triggered on a free game, so, in principal, there is no limit to the number of free, bonus rounds the player can win.
Double and Triple multipliers – theses are unique and very attractive bonus of Dolphin’s Pearl. Get one or more wild dolphin symbols in a winning combination – and your winnings will be doubled. Not only that, in Dolphin’s Pearl, during a bonus rounds, prizes are multiplied by three (!).
Gamble feature – like the Book of Ra, Dolphin’s Pearl includes the fun “Gamble” feature. With this feature, the player can increase his winnings even further by choosing the correct color (red or black) of the next card drawn from a virtual deck of cards. With this feature, the player has a 50% chance to double (or loose) his winnings in the last spin.
After every winning spin, the “Gamble” button will flash. If clicked on, the Gamble screen will appear. The player has the opportunity to choose a “red” or “black card”. The last six cards that were drawn are displayed on the top of the screen. As long as you win you gamble, you can continue to play the Gamble feature 5 times in a row, or you can click the “Collect” button at any time and collect your winnings. The screen will automatically go back to the regular game if the wrong card is chosen.
Novoline Dolphin’s Pearl – Payout
Very conveniently, the “Paytable” displays all winning possibilities and the value of each winning combination for the currently selected bet and number of lines. For example, if all 10 paylines are activated at the maximum bet, five pearl-oyster symbols are worth €250, while 5 Dolphin symbols will win the player the considerable sum of €360.
